Figures of Motion Kunst in Bewegung april 28th - may 1st
at the Castle Plueschow
This beautiful space, located somewhere in the middle of nowhere in northeast-germany, will be our home over the next weekend.
We are going to exhibit several video installations and every night there will be a themed screening of videoart.
Figures of Motion - Kunst in Bewegung will focus on non-narrative works that continue the tradion of experimental films, direct films by artists like Len Lye, Oskar Fischinger or James Whitney.
A special screening on saturday will present documentaries of performances, noise-paintings and alike from artists of the former GDR. Several film documents will be shown for the first time ever.
