Some days ago I had the pleasure to meet David Henry Brown Junior at Pecha Kucha (japanese for senseless babble), a row of short lectures. David, who was among the invited speakers, presented one of his projects, Alex Von Furstenberg, a personal transformation into a famous socalite, that hasn´t lost it´s charme after seven years. For a year and a half David adopted the name Alex Von Furstenberg, a real person and a descendant of German Royality and a 20 $ vintage suite. Alex became a full time party crasher and documented his second life by handing a camera to strangers, thus creating a photo essay about belief and behaviour, art and fame.
